What We Learned??? :-) :-)
1. Hypothetical Deductive Statement
2. Hypotheses and Experiments
3. Independent and Dependent Variables
The Torture Method of How We Learnt…. :-)
1. Hypothetical Deductive Statement-
Mr. Finley gave us a statement, and gave 3 steps to answer it.
· State the hypothesis
· State the experiment
· Write your conclusion
2. Hypotheses and Experiments-
Mr. Finley gave as a situation; he asked us what could be the solution. Once we got our hypothesis, he told us to test it or experiment.
3. Independent and Dependent Variables-
We got a couple of statements and we had to find the independent and dependent variables.
Why This is Important
1. Hypothetical deduction statements are important when trying to draw a conclusion.
2. Hypotheses and experiments are important when you are trying to prove or figure something out using different methods.
3. Independent and dependent variables helps control our experiment and understand the possible combinations or results.
